The general site should work on most modern computers (less than 4 years old). We do recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To participate in Live Linkup meetings, you will need to install special software for Internet Explorer. (It will not work in other browsers). We urge you to install the software well in advance of the first Linkup. You may use a webcam if you know how, but that's entirely optional.

You may need the help of your Computer Responsible Person to install any of this software.

To log in, click the "My Account" link to the lower-left of most pages. You will be taken to form where you enter your username and password.

Click here to log in now. (If you are already logged in, you will instead have the opportunity to change your username and password.)

You need to have an account to be able to log in. See the next question.

If you do not already have an account, you can create one from the login page by clicking on the "Create new account" link.

Click the "My Account" link. On the next page you'll see a link, "I forgot my password." Click that link, and you will see a page with a form. Type in your email address (probably the one you use for work) and click "recover." The website will send you your account information.
